You May Qualify If You:
• Are Between the Ages of 40-80
• Have A Diagnosis of Hypertension
• Have A Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Well Controlled With Medication
• Have Been Diagnosed With Cardiovascular Disease 3 or More Months ago
Qualified Volunteers Will Receive:

This trial is researching a medication for those with COPD.
This study will test the use of an investigational medicine and its efficacy, safety, and tolerability regarding symptoms related to COPD.
You May Qualify If You:
• Are Between the Ages of 40 and up
• Have A Diagnosis of COPD
• Use A Maintenance/Rescue Inhaler to Manage Symptoms
Qualified Volunteers Will Receive:

This trial is researching a medication for Mild & Moderate Asthma
This study will test the use of an investigational medicine and its efficacy at controlling Asthma Symptoms.
You May Be Eligible To Join This Study If You:
• Are Between The Ages of 18-80
• Have Experienced At Least One Exacerbation Due To Asthma
• Currently Use An Maintenance/Rescue Inhaler To Control Asthma Symptoms
• Do Not Currently Smoke/Vape (Including Cannabis)

• Compensation For Time, Travel & Participation Up to $2700
• Study Related Medical Care At No Cost
Clinical research study for people with Type 2 Diabetes
This trial is researching a medication for Type 2 Diabetes.
You May Be Eligible To Join This Study If You:
• Are age 18 and over
• Have Type 2 Diabetes
• Have an HbA1c value up to 10.5%
Qualified Volunteers Will Receive:
