You May Qualify If You:

• Are Between the Ages of 40-80
• Have A Diagnosis of Hypertension

• Have A Diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes Well Controlled With       Medication
• Have Been Diagnosed With Cardiovascular Disease 3 or More Months ago

You May Qualify If You:

• Have Experienced at Least 1 Severe OR 2 Moderate Exacerbations Due to COPD
• Use A Maintenance/Rescue Inhaler to Manage Symptoms

This study will test the use of an investigational medicine and its efficacy at controlling Asthma Symptoms.

You May Be Eligible To Join This Study If You:
• Are Between The Ages of 18-80
• Have Experienced At Least One Exacerbation Due To Asthma
• Currently Use An Maintenance/Rescue Inhaler To Control Asthma Symptoms
• Do Not Currently Smoke/Vape (Including Cannabis)

OPUS-2  is a clinical research study for people with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE).

• Are Not Taking Oral Medication Such As Beta Blockers
• Do Not Have A History of Cardiac Disorders
